Incandescent Glow

O’ lost little girl
how you do wish
That night with its fever
did not ever exist

For in the twilight
you wander alone
Dreaming of him
for what was once known

Lost is your heart
so you now embrace
The darkness of night
with the moons painted face

You dream dreams of longing
of passions sweet kiss
For a love that is binding
your soul would you risk.

It’s once in a lifetime
such love comes around
It touches the soul
with its earth shattering sound.

Passion’s Dance

We dance upon the waters
In the pouring rain
Listening to the music
Beating an ole refrain

Come draw me closer
Let me feel your dance
Hold me in your arms
let me find romance

Listen to our music
Roaring upon love’s waves
Let us dance our dance
Within loves timeless maze

Hear the waves cresting
we’re swaying upon the tides
Heartbeats are hammering
echoing, feelings felt inside.

20 Interesting Facts About Love | Bored Panda

Some extraordinary research has found that couples who are in love and bond in a romantic relationship synchronize their heart rates after gazing into each others’ eyes for three minutes.

When Two Lovers Gaze At Each Others’ Eyes, Their Heart Rates Synchronize

Love is pure, love is painful, love is sweet and love is dreadful. True love is overwhelming. Our lives depend on it and it often seems like our planet would stop spinning if love didn’t exist. Love is something we strive for and something we mourn the loss of.

A lovesick panda once said that “if you’re never been hurt, you’re either very lucky, or very lonely.”

We understand the poetry of the heart, but over the courses of our lives we tend to demystify this precious feeling more and more. We learn about biological processes that cause specific reactions; we learn about cultural influences on how we behave and think about love; we learn about the psychological and physiological processes that make us fall for someone.

And as soon as we think there’s no more place for romance in a world explained by science, we fall in love, or simply look into the eyes of our beloved, and all of that knowledge is pushed to the back of our minds. In the end, the feeling itself is what matters most.

Let us present you with 21 interesting facts and theories about love that will explain much about this all-absorbing phenomenon without dispelling its romance and poetry.

If you want to make a good impression on someone, you’ve only got about 4 minutes to do it. It is believed that it has far more to do with your body language, tone and speed of your voice rather than exactly what you say.

“They had battled and bloodied one another, they had kept secrets, broken hearts, lied, betrayed, exiled, they had walked away, said goodbye and sworn it was forever, and somehow, every time, they had mended, they had forgiven, they had survived. Some mistakes could never be fixed – some, but not all. Some people can’t be driven away, no matter how hard you try. Some friendships won’t break.”

All I Ask

All I ask of a man is that he shall fall gently towards
when my heart feels kindly towards his,
and there shall be the soft, soft tremor as of unheard bells
between us.
It is all I ask.
I am so tired of violent men lashing out and insisting
on being loved, when there is no love in them.

Entreat me not to leave you

“Entreat me not to leave you, or to return from following after you: for where you go, I will go; and where you lodge, I will lodge: your people shall be my people…”
